Prayer moves mountain, praises move God
Worship is the feeling or expression of reverence and adoration to God.
Worship is gotten from Worth-ship. Worth means value.
Spirit: John 4:254 says God is Spirit.
1 Corithians 10-11 says no one knows the thought of God except the spirit of God.
Worshipping God in the spirit involves you putting your whole heart and mind into it and connecting yourself to the Holy Spirit.
Matt 15:8 this people worship me with their lips but their heart is far from me.
Your whole heart must be involved.
Truth: actual, fact, reality, sincerity
Worshipping God in truth means:
Putting all these together, we can then say that worshipping God in Spirit and in truth means- proclaiming the worth of God with all of your hearts and mind with the help of the Holy Spirit having clear understanding of who God is, what He has done for you and what He is capable of doing even in your present situation or circumstances.
The book of psalms is filled with various forms of worship and worthy of note is the man David.
